A multilocus genetic risk score for obesity: Association with BMI and metabolic alterations in a cohort with severe obesity

Abstract: Genome wide association studies have identified numerous single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) associated with obesity, yet effect sizes of individual SNPs are small.
