A Multiple Perspective Approach to Teaching History in a Modern World

Abstract: Providing a comprehensive study of the history of the world allows for students to see and experience various perspectives. History classes are often Eurocentric, providing only one view of a historical event causing voices to be forgotten and cultures to be cast aside. This lack of exposure is detrimental to personal growth and society.
