Abstract: A szerzők két vesetuberculosis esetét ismertetik, amelyekben a tényleges diagnózis késett az aspecifikus vagy más betegséget utánzó tünetek miatt. Az első beteget bal oldali derékfájdalom és láz miatt vizsgálták. Komputertomográfia bal oldali zsugorvesét; retrográd pielográfia kaliberingadozó uretert, a vesében margarétajelet igazolt.
