Abstract:A fluorescent probe HMI-Hg 2 + was designed and synthesized to recognize Hg 2 + in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO)/ phosphate buffer solution (PBS) (V∶V=5∶5, pH=10.17). HMI-Hg 2 + recognized Hg 2 + through the fluorescence signal strengthen, and solution color shifted within a few seconds. Spectral experiments confirmed the advantages of the probe with high selectivity and sensitivity to Hg 2 + . The detection limit was calculated to be 0.22 μmol/L. HMI-Hg 2 + has excellent detection consequences in water samples an… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
