A Nationwide Analysis of Water Scarcity and Cloud Seeding Demand Levels From Analyzing Water Utilization Data, Agricultural Drought Maps, and Local Conditions in China Mainland

Abstract:  The results gave a clear demand from water resources field to weather modification department in China mainland. The middle north areas of China have the severest water scarcity problems, especially during spring and summer. Some less developed regions at the south, the northwest and the southeast have high water scarcity levels in different seasons.
