Abstract: Isoniazid is a drug for treating tuberculosis, but hydrazine (N2H4), the major metabolite of isoniazid, can cause hepatotoxicity. Therefore, monitoring the content of N2H4 in time is of great significance for studying the hepatotoxicity induced by isoniazid.
