According to Herzberg's two-factor theory of motivation-hygiene, regarding the practical teaching of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities, students exhibit low satisfaction with the hygiene factors, such as the quality of teaching staff and practical teaching materials. Moreover, their satisfaction levels are also lacking in terms of motivational factors, including the challenge level of projects, the accuracy of assessments, and the sense of accomplishment in presenting their achievements. This research gives quantitative analysis with questionnaires, which demonstrates the necessity of the establishment of a diverse team for practical teaching in ideological and political theory courses, harnessing next-generation information technologies like 5G to establish a shared database for teaching materials. With the goal of nurturing students, a precise assessment framework can be constructed to accurately gauge the outcomes of practical teaching, thereby enhancing both motivation and hygiene factors and, consequently, elevating university students' sense of achievement.

To improve the rate of penetration (ROP) in hard formations, a new high-speed drilling technique called Coiled Tubing Partial Underbalanced Drilling (CT-PUBD) is proposed. This method uses a rotary packer to realize an underbalanced condition near the bit by creating a micro-annulus and an overbalanced condition at the main part of the annulus. A new full-scale laboratory experimental system is designed and set up to study the hydraulic characteristics and drilling performance of this method. The system is composed of a drilling system, circulation system, and monitor system, including three key devices, namely, cuttings discharge device, rotary packer, and backflow device. The experimental results showed that the pressure loss increased linearly with the flow rate of the drilling fluid. The high drilling speed of CT-PUBD proved it a better drilling method than the conventional drilling. The experimental system may provide a fundamental basis for the research of CT-PUBD, and the results proved that this new method is feasible in enhancing ROP and guaranteeing the drilling safety.

In the calibration procedure of area gamma dosemeters, how to accurately evaluate and correct the scattering contribution from the complex environmental factors to the point of test is the key problem to ensure the calibration accuracy. This paper proposed a fast correction method of the scattering contributions in the area gamma dosemeter calibration field. First, Monte Carlo method is employed to simulate the influence of scattering caused by different environmental factors in the calibration field, which is named as semi-panoramic reference radiation field. Then, a prediction model of the relationship between environmental factors and environmental scattering contribution is constructed based on the simulation data through the least squares support vector machine. With the model, the scattering contribution from the environmental factors can be fast estimated to correct the calibration results of the area gamma dosemeters, which will improve the accuracy of the calibration.
