A New Approach for Multi-Level Evaluation of Strategic Educational Goals

Abstract: Educational organizations with multiple level of management promotes for their strategic educational goals as a correlated and clustered data. The typical assessment and feedback approaches are paper-based where word documents and flowcharts are used to evaluate strategic educational goals augmented with quantitative indicators.
