A New Channel-Aware Downlink Scheduling Algorithm for LTE-A and 5G HetNets

Abstract: Current and future cellular mobile networks, such as Long Term Evolution Advanced (LTE-A) and 5G, should provide wireless broadband access over radio channels for a growing number of users each day.
