A new energy recovery sustaining driver for AC PDPs with reduced sustain voltage by half

Abstract: This paper proposes a new sustaining driver for AC gas discharge condition. However, in TERES circuit, -VS/2 is PDPs(Plasma Display Panels) with reduced sustain voltage by applied to Y electrode when +VS/2 is applied to X electrode half, which improves the performance of conventional circuits and +V,/2 is applied to Y electrode when -V,/2 is applied to X such as TERES(TEchnology of REciprocal Sustainer).
