Abstract:Asperphenol A (1), a new isoprenyl-phenol-type meroterpenoid, was isolated from the mangrove endophytic fungus Aspergillus sp. GXNU-Y65 together with five known compounds (2-6). All structures were assigned by extensive NMR spectroscopic data and electronic circular dichroism (ECD) calculations.
