This paper probes into the construction of academic English learning environment in colleges and universities from the perspective of educational ecology. This paper aims to construct academic English learning environment from the perspective of educational ecology by constructing a teaching community, organizing learning activities, using tool mediation, and optimizing the social and material environment. Understand the construction effect through a questionnaire survey. The results show that among the 1000 surveyed students’ average satisfaction with the five elements of the learning environment, the teaching community is 4.6355, the learning community is 4.8963, the learning activity is 4.6987, the tool intermediary is 4.9258, and the social material environment is 4.2536, indicating that the students’ satisfaction is high. From the perspective of educational ecology, the construction of academic English learning environment in colleges and universities can effectively optimize teaching and learning community and help to enhance students’ motivation, cultivate learning interest, and improve practical ability. The construction effect is worthy of recognition.

In order to study the problem that most of the existing Web-based distance education systems lack the monitoring of the learning process and the evaluation of students’ online learning behavior, a method of designing an online learning behavior evaluation system based on data mining is proposed, and an online learning behavior evaluation system is implemented. The system evaluates students’ online learning and gives formative evaluation results. The evaluation results are more accurate, and the recognition of teachers and students is more than 90%. The application of the system provides methods and means for objective, fair, and reasonable evaluation of students’ online learning and plays a guiding role for students in rationally arranging online learning; 99% of users said that the application of this system has a greater effect on promoting ordinary online learning help. The application of the system promotes students’ online learning to a certain extent, and the “learning behavior-effect” model constructed by the system has guiding significance for students to reasonably arrange online learning.

Este trabalho apresenta a proposta de pesquisa de doutorado para a formação de grupos integradas às técnicas de aprendizagem colaborativa. O objetivo principal é criar e validar uma abordagem automatizada para auxiliar os docentes na recomendação de grupos de alunos associada às técnicas de aprendizagem colaborativa para atividades em Ambientes Virtuais de Aprendizagem. Em especial, a abordagem estará fundamentada nas ações de interação de alunos com um ambiente virtual chamado CodeBench, por meio das Trilhas de Aprendizagem, e nas técnicas de aprendizagem colaborativa. O doutorado teve início em março de 2021, portanto, terá 21 meses de desenvolvimento até a data da realização do CBIE, com previsão de finalização em março de 2025.
