A new NFIA:RAF1 fusion activating the MAPK pathway in pilocytic astrocytoma

Abstract: Pilocytic astrocytoma (PA) is one of the most common brain cancers among children and activation of the Mitogen-Activated Protein Kinase (MAPK) pathway is considered the hallmark.
