Abstract:A 66-year-old hypertensive and diabetic male presented with acute vestibular syndrome for three days. HINTS plus examination was performed. The horizontal head impulse test was positive on the left side. Video oculography showed centripetal nystagmus on gaze testing in the dark and test of skew was negative.
