A new spatiotemporal two-stage standardized weighted procedure for regional drought analysis

Abstract: Drought is a complex phenomenon that occurs due to insufficient precipitation. It does not have immediate effects, but sustained drought can affect the hydrological, agriculture, economic sectors of the country.
