Abstract:A new species of the pinnotherid crab genus Austinixa from La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, Nayarit, Mexico is described. The new species is closely related to Austinixa roblesi Palacios Theil and Felder, 2020, however these can be distinguished mainly by the shape of the male pleon and telson, gonopod and chelae.
