A new technique in optimizing urban highway bypasses

Abstract: In this paper, by reviewing the previous studies and literature on the highway bypasses selection, the criteria and variables associated with the bypasses planning are investigated. Then, the needed statistics and information for the top model of the identified bypass selection are collected. Using the Delphi technique, a model is developed for the bypasses optimization.
