On a 3-phase-inane-tank-type SF6 gas circuit breaker (GCB), the dielectric performance between poles after current interruption must be verified by testing. Test conditions based on IEC Standards were examined. Based on these, a synthetic testing circuit with a voltage injection scheme was conceived. For both the 154kV noneffective grounded system (NEGS) and the 300kV effective grounded system (EGS), a practical testing method of high equivalence was realized.
