A New Variety of Winter Rye Bezenchukskaya 110 With Recessive-Polygenic Type of Short-Stemmed for the Middle Volga Region

Abstract:The results of breeding for winter rye in recent years in experiments located on the chernozem of the ordinary steppe Volga region are presented. The characteristic of the new variety Bezenchukskaya 110 is given. In the nursery of competitive variety testing, the average yield (2015-2019) of grain of this variety was 4.36 t/ ha, which is 0.35 t/ha more than that of Bezenchuk 87.
