Abstract:In domestic induction heating (IH) appliances most commonly the series resonant half-bridge (HB) inverter is used. The number of required components can be further reduced by using non-resonant inverter topologies. Within this contribution, a novel non-resonant multi-output HB inverter for use in flexible cooking surfaces is presented.
