A Nonmyopic Approach to Cost-Constrained Bayesian Optimization

Abstract: Bayesian optimization (BO) is a popular method for optimizing expensive-to-evaluate black-box functions. BO budgets are typically given in iterations, which implicitly assumes each evaluation has the same cost.
