Abstract:Objective
To identify aging-related long non-coding RNAs (ARLs) with prognostic significance and construct a prognostic model for pancreatic cancer (PC) patients.
Methods
Transcriptome information from PC samples and normal samples was obtained from the Cancer Genome Atlas Database (TCGA) and the Genotypic Tissue Expression Database (GTEx). Aging-related genes (ARGs) were obtained from the Human Aging Genome Resources (HAGR) and GeneCards. Correlation analysis was performed to screen out ARLs. Univariate regre… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
