A Novel Current Sensor Using FeCuNbSiB Single Nanocrystalline Toroidal Core and Double-Winding Excited by Multivibrator

Abstract: Fe73. 5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 nanocrystalline toroidal magnetic core made by furnace annealing at 823K under nitrogen atmosphere shows good thermal stability of magnetic properties and excellent soft magnetic properties due to the greatly released internal stresses of the core during the isothermal annealing relaxation process. Based on the characteristic of the sensitive magnetic core, we proposed a novel non-contact type current sensor, which adopted single nanocrystalline core and doublewinding excited by multivibr… Show more

“…Signal processing. The measured electromagnetic field signal is a DC signal, it needs to be modulated into square wave output in digital or integral form [7] . Oscillation circuit is symmetrical, Periodic satisfies the equation T 1 = T 2 = T/ 2 without foreign field Hex, magnetization current Advanced Materials and Engineering Materials III satisfies the equation i 1 (t)=i 2 (t+T 1 ), the corresponding magnetic induction satisfies B 1 ( t ) =B 2 (t + T 1 ) In the opposite direction.…”
