A novel de-escalation antiplatelet therapy for patients with acute coronary syndrome undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention

Abstract: To investigate the effect of different DAPTs in patients with ACS undergoing PCI, and to identify the most efficient DAPT to reduce the risk of ischemia and bleeding after PCI. Between March 2017 and December 2021, 1598 patients with ACS who underwent PCI were included in the study.
