A Novel Fasciocutaneous Flap Design for Reconstructions in Scarred Tissue: A Case Report

Abstract: This article aims to introduce a technically easy and reliable flap design for the coverage of soft tissue defects in areas where traditional flap options are limited by trauma or scarring. We applied the boomerang design in cases with defects around the knee and also extrapolated it to other regions like the wrist and sacrum.
