Abstract:Background: Retinal prostheses aim to restore vision by electrically stimulating the remaining viable retinal cells in Retinal Degeneration (RD) cases. Research in this field necessitates a comprehensive analysis of retinal ganglion cells’ (RGCs) responses to assess the obtained visual acuity and quality.
