A Novel Homozygous Mutation of AIRE Gene in a Patient With Autoimmune Polyglandular Syndrome Type I

Abstract: Autoimmune polyglandular syndrome type I (APS1) shows common features such as mucocutaneous candidiasis, hypoparathyroidism, and hypoadrenalism. The clinical manifestations and their onset are highly variable.
