A novel method for measuring small amounts of saliva in mice

Abstract: Dry mouth is caused by the dysfunction of salivary glands due to various factors. In order to understand the mechanism of dry mouth or develop new therapies for dry mouth, many mice models have been widely used to analyze the function of saliva secretion.
