A Novel Method for the Encapsulation of Biomolecules into Polymersomes via Direct Hydration

Abstract: One of the major engineering challenges for the implementation of block copolymer vesicles, or polymersomes, as therapeutic drug carriers is obtaining high encapsulation efficiencies for biomolecules.
