A Novel Neural Network Model for Traffic Sign Detection and Recognition under Extreme Conditions

Abstract: Traffic sign detection is extremely important in autonomous driving and transportation safety systems. However, the accurate detection of traffic signs remains challenging, especially under extreme conditions.
