A Novel Nonlinear LPDA Design for HF Direction Finding

Abstract: A novel design of log-periodic dipole array (LPDA) for high-frequency direction finding (DF) is presented. The traditional Carrel method employs fixed values of scale factor and spacing factors in LPDA designs.
