A Novel Preoperative Design to Address Dermatochalasis in Asian Upper Blepharoplasty

Abstract: Background: The preoperative design for the amount of skin excision of the upper eyelid is a common procedure in Asian blepharoplasty, but there lack of an effective method addressing dermatochalasis to acquire esthetically pleasing results.
