Abstract: This study aimed to investigate the genetic impact of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of the sterol regulating element binding factor 1 (SREBF1) and scavenger receptor class B member 1 (SCARB1) genes on carcass and meat characteristics, as well as fatty acid composition, in the Bali cattle.
