A novel technique of isolated gastrocnemius recession: A cadaveric comparison with Strayer procedure

Abstract: Background Strayer’s gastrocnemius recession is a common technique in treating ankle equinus of gastrocnemius origin. Nevertheless, this technique is associated with a few flaws.
