A Novel Technique to Reduce Contrast Exposure During Subclavian Interventions

Abstract: We describe a novel technique to minimize total body contrast exposure during endovascular angiography. A patient with severe renal impairment and history of contrast-induced nephropathy was referred for subclavian artery intervention.
