A novel variant fibrinogen, AαE11del, demonstrating the importance of AαE11 residue in thrombin binding

Abstract: Introduction:We identified a novel heterozygous AαE11del variant in a patient with congenital dysfibrinogenemia. This mutation is located in fibrinopeptide A (FpA).
