Abstract:Background: Aniridia is a kind of congenital human pan-ocular anomaly, which is related to PAX6 commonly.Methods: The ophthalmic examinations including visual acuity, slit lamp and fundoscopy examination were performed in a Chinese aniridia pedigree.
