Coal is the main source of energy in China, and coal washing and processing can reduce the impurities in coal, which is particularly important for environmental protection and efficient utilization of coal. Mining vibrating screen in the coal selection process plays an important role, due to the harsh working environment of the coal plant, the work intensity is large, making the mining vibrating screen is very easy to fail, resulting in huge economic losses, which can cause serious injuries. Therefore, the monitoring and diagnosis of mining vibrating screen failure research is of great significance. In this paper, the mining vibrating screen SOLIDWORKS three-dimensional modeling, the use of ANSYS software for modal analysis, through the modal analysis, the mining vibrating screen to get the first 12 orders of modes, to determine the mining vibrating screen in the first 12 orders of modal vibration under the intrinsic frequency and intrinsic vibration pattern, for the mining vibrating screen research provides an important basis.
