Abstract:Atypical meningiomas, classified as World Health Organization (WHO) grade-2 tumors, are characterized by varied and unpredictable clinical behavior. Here, we report the case of an 80-year-old woman with a large meningioma displaying communication both intracranially and extracranially. The histopathological diagnosis confirmed a WHO grade-2 atypical meningioma.
