A patient with probable neuro‐Behçet's disease presenting a unique linear pontine trigeminal root lesion and a linear subcortical white matter lesion

Abstract: Behcet's disease (BD) is a chronic systemic inflammatory vasculitis of unknown etiology characterized by recurrent episodes of oral aphthous ulcers, genital ulcers, skin lesions and ocular lesions. 1 Although the pathogenesis of BD is not completely clear, BD is associated with the major histocompatibility complex HLA-B5 allele and, more specifically, with HLA-B51.
