Abstract:Septo-Optic Dysplasia (SOD) is a heterogeneous condition defined by any combination of i) optic nerve hypoplasia, ii) hypopituitarism, and iii) midline brain anomalies such as agenesis of the corpus callosum and absence of the septum pellucidum.
