Abstract: Objective: Evaluation of a pilot study results examining bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) of body composition of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan. Methods: The body composition of 1304 individuals was studied using bioimpedance measurements. The study included 718 women (55.1%) and 586 men (44.9%) with an average age of 41.1±13.6 years.
