The personalized recommendation system influences the recommendation of ideological and political teaching resources in universities, resulting in a high MAE score. As a result, under the school-enterprise collaboration paradigm, this study proposes a customised recommendation approach for ideological and political teaching resources in colleges and universities. The ideological and political teaching resource bank is developed against the backdrop of the teaching paradigm that combines universities and businesses. Learners’ browsing data history is gathered to create a learning interest model for them. A hybrid collaborative filtering recommendation method was devised, and a recommendation engine was established by Taste component, taking into account individualised resource recommendation needs and information entropy weight distribution mode. When compared to previous techniques, the developed customised recommendation method considerably enhances the recommendation quality of instructional resources and reduces MAE by 29% and 34%, respectively.

Teachers in traditional English education devote a great deal of time and effort to developing excellent English teaching courseware and other teaching materials. However, because the network’s powerful sharing capability was not fully utilized, poor resource sharing hampered the school’s overall teaching efficiency. The goal of this paper is to investigate how to use a ubiquitous learning resource sharing platform and a neural network to analyze the method of English major education resource sharing. Because the BP neural network algorithm has better classification and prediction functions, it was proposed because it can classify and predict information in the sharing of teaching resources for English majors. This allows for seamless sharing of teaching materials. According to the findings of this study, there were 562.13 million people learning English in China in 2015, accounting for 37% of the population. By 2018, 945.61 million people were learning English, accounting for 85 percent of the population. Almost every student is learning English, demonstrating the language’s importance. As a result, the importance of English instruction is clear, and the sharing of teaching resources should be prioritized.

This study develops and implements a music instructional resource platform based on fuzzy clustering algorithm knowledge in order to make the management of music teaching quality more scientific and standardised. This study presents the construction scheme of a music instructional resource management system in a higher education institution through requirements analysis, function design, system development and implementation, and system testing of the software system. In this study, a system is developed that uses computational intelligence to calculate the content and topics contained in resources based on semantic similarity, generate category labels, and cluster educational resources in order to integrate educational resources and implement effective management. It not only meets the needs of users who want to access the platform system via mobile terminals but also increases the platform system’s utilisation rate. Experiments show that this system’s stability can reach 95.37%. The retrieval accuracy is 96.24%, which is 8.94% better than the traditional method. It has the ability to effectively provide high-quality music teaching resources. Using the instructional resource system proposed in this study will improve teaching effectiveness, reduce learners’ learning burden, and increase learning efficiency.
