A Plate-Like Sensor for the Identification of Sample Viscoelastic Properties Using Contact Resonance Atomic Force Microscopy

Abstract: In this article, we present a new contact resonance atomic force microscopy-based method utilizing a square, plate-like microsensor to accurately estimate viscoelastic sample properties.
