“…for 15 min at 4 mC, then dried, the pelleted RNA was resuspended in 10 µl RNAase-free water and digested twice with 1 unit\µl DNase I (Boehringer) for 15 min at room temperature followed by inactivation at 65 mC for 10 min, on the second occasion with the addition of 1 µl 25 mM EDTA (pH 8n0).
