A poplar chimera with stable differentiation regulation

Abstract: Populus shenzhou, a chimera, is divided into three types: A, B, and C. Among them, Type B is the chimera of Type A and Type C. Type B of P. shenzhou, as a progenitive material was cut and differentiated stably into Type A, Type B, and Type C, at an average differentiation rate of approximately 79.6%, 18.3%, and 2.2%, respectively.
