Abstract: The Drug Rash with Eosinophilia and Systemic Symptoms (DRESS) syndrome can be potentially life-threatening. The diagnosis is sometimes difficult since the clinical manifestations may be incomplete or non-specific. Insulinoma is a rare functioning neuroendocrine tumor (NET) of the pancreas.
