The quality model used in this paper is ISO 25010. Functional Suitability, Performance Efficiency, and Reliability are the characteristics to be used. The case study used is the ITS Academic Information System, and the method used for the basis of calculation is the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method. The initial stage is to make a list of questionnaire questions, which are then filled out by three stakeholders: experts, students, and developers. With the AHP method, experts will analyze the questionnaire results to determine the required weight. This weight is used to calculate the quality of the software. There are two types of software measurements: student questionnaires and developer questionnaires. These two questionnaires become data input. Automatic measurements are carried out on Time Behavior aspects, namely Response Time Testing. In the automatic measurement stage, the URL to be tested by the tester is used as data input. From this automatic measurement, we experimented with the response time of the destination URL to respond to requests and conversion results on a scale of one hundred. The final value of these two types of measurements will be used in several equations to get the final value of the quality of the software. The study results are in the form of automatic measuring instruments of software quality. The measurement results can be used as feedback in making improvements so that the quality value increases when measured. Regarding Functional Suitability, the ITS Academic Information System has provided features according to user needs. In the aspect of Performance Efficiency, the ITS Academic Information System can provide performance and performance according to user needs. Meanwhile, regarding reliability, the ITS Academic Information System can carry out a function under certain conditions and times

With the rapid development of technology in recent years, it is observed that there are agile changes in many sectors. With these changes, technology comes to the focus of our lives and helps to take more solid steps by facilitating processes everywhere. With the evolution of the sectors in this direction, concepts such as e-commerce, e-health and data mining have come to the fore, and many studies have been put forward within the framework of these terms. It has been observed that the digital transformation that has begun to take place in the field of healthcare has led to significant changes in this field. The effects of technological advances, which have begun to integrate into health services, such as increasing work efficiency, increasing service quality and creating a safe service environment have been determined. In this review study, various digitalization studies carried out in the field of health between 2012-2022 were examined and summarized, also, the prominent concepts in the studies were classified. In addition, it is aimed to determine the popular methods that researchers include in their studies and to examine the tools that support the application within the scope of the maturity assessment models. At this point, the study is divided into two main headings: (1) Digitalization in Health, (2) Digital Maturity Assessment Models in Health Systems. As a result of the study, it was aimed to contribute to the existing literature by observing the deficiencies in the literature.

The processing of student academic grades at UPT SMP Negeri 1 Binamu is still done conventionally with manual documentation, so that the grade processing process becomes less effective, less efficient and access to values in the previous semester is difficult, large document storage space is needed and the risk of losing documents. Therefore, a system is needed that can facilitate the processing of student grades and access to student grade archives then the system is tested to determine its feasibility. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) with the Waterfall development model. The data collection techniques used are interviews, and questionnaires. The system implementation uses MySQL, Express, React, and Node.js technology stacks using the JavaScript programming language that implements the REST API architecture. System testing uses the ISO/IEC 25010 standard, namely functional suitability, obtaining a value of 1; performance efficiency, loading pages in less than 10 seconds; usability, obtaining very good results; compatibility, operating well; reliability, obtaining a value of 100%; maintainability, meeting standards; security, obtaining a level 1 (low) vulnerability level; and portability, operating well, so that the overall test shows decent system testing results.
