A Prognostic Model Based on TMB-Related Lncrnas Predicts Outcome of Liver Cancer Patients

Abstract: TMB-related lncrnas and their clinical significance in liver cancer have not been explored.Combining the expression levels of these lncrnas, somatic mutation files and clinical information in patients with liver cancer,we identified 514 lncrnas that are closely related to TMB.Based on these lncrnas, a TMB-derived lncRNA Signature (TMBLncSig) was established.
