Abstract-Android Malware is a threat that needs to be considered by the Android OS user because it can interfere with the performance of the smartphone being used. Many applications that are scattered on the Google Store is a point of weakness for the user to determine which applications containing malware or not. This comprehesive study can explain about many applications that are scattered on the Google Store is a point of weakness for the user to determine which applications containing malware or not using several methods and display the comparison results between all previous study in the review of Android Mobile Malware. Till now there the optimal method suggested solution that could be considered as standard mechanism for Android Malware Detection is Bayesian classification algorithm based on the methods of previous research used in the detection of Android Malware. For this reason we intended to make our work as a survey paper to make it easier for Android user to determine installed application contains malicious program or not.

Smart phones, which were once a luxury product has now become a household product. This transformation has been due to the vast amount of functionalities which a smart phone provides in just a single device. Smartphone OS, such as Android, is an Open Source mobile platform that enables us to install third party applications. Due to large amount of applications that are available on the app store, it becomes very difficult for a user to distinguish between a malware free and malware containing application. In this paper, we are proposing a hybrid approach for detection of spyware genre applications out of all the installed applications.

Leakage of the important data in mobile terminals by mal-applications is becoming a serious threat. The users must be careful not to install mal-applications. Application markets provide the application's reviews and using permissions at the application downloading. However, the most of users check the reviews only. All users must be cautious about not only the using permissions but also the combination of them. In this paper, we propose a security evaluation system to prevent the installation of mal-applications on Android OS. This system indicates the user reviews with the using permission information of application to new users.
